Creato Pricing, Cancellations and Refunds

General notes on cancellation and refund:

• Creato has coin purchase plans to access new templates/content on the app and a user can recharge the wallet with coins and for every content/template coins are being charged.
• Wallet recharge can be refunded only within 24 hours and coins should be unused by the user for that. For refund, users should reach out to help@creato.club to raise the request with the appropriate reason for refund.
• In case there is more than one interpretation of any of the terms mentioned above, the company reserves the right to make the final and binding interpretation.
• Refund amount post-processing might take time to hit the bank account based on each bank's time and policies.
• Creato pricing packs and details can be found on the website and app.
